KWSM is a full range digital marketing agency, staffed by a team of brand journalists that help companies create relationships with their customers and prospects.
Using my project management, leadership and communication skills, I actively created content and manage video teams across our four locations: Orange County, San Diego, Las Vegas and Atlanta. I conceptualize and guide the team from concept to delivery, creating compelling content that expresses brands authentically, accurately and dynamically.

I worked closely with our clients to understand their needs, communicate those needs to our team and insure the final results exceeded expectations.

I developed templates, project structures and other efficiencies for commonly produced work, allowing for more creative time and less busy work.
